Preparing for Your First Pure Barre Class
Sign Our Waiver Before Arrival
Please review and sign our studio waiver before you arrive. Please use the same email that you signed up for class.
Dress for success - What to Wear
Wear leggings that cover your knees and a comfortable workout top. Please avoid shorts or skirts—for your comfort and modesty during class.
Arrive On Time
For your safety and the best class experience, we do not allow late entry. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled and ready to move!
What to Bring
Bring a water bottle and sticky socks (required for safety and grip). Don’t have any? We have plenty available for purchase at the studio!
After Class
Plan to stay a few minutes after class to connect with our team. We'll walk you through your next steps and how to get the most out of your Pure Barre experience!
Arriving at the Studio
Check in at the front desk when you arrive.
Your instructor will greet you and help you get set up with your equipment and space.
What to Expect from the Technique
Pure Barre is built on small, controlled movements that target every major muscle group.
You’ll often hear cues like “move an inch”—and yes, we really mean just an inch!
You’ll also hear “tuck your hips”, which means scooping your hips under and engaging your core.
Each Classic class follows the same structure but is always a little different, keeping things fresh and challenging.
It might feel unfamiliar at first, and that’s okay! It takes a few classes to get comfortable—just keep coming back!
