What's active on this site today

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixel. Loads on every page for every visitor. It lets us measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and build audiences for future ads. Meta, not us, controls the data this collects — see Meta's cookie policy or manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
• A login cookie for At Home. If you log in to watch At Home classes, we set one functional cookie so you stay logged in. It isn't used for tracking or advertising, and isn't shared with anyone.

Tools we may also use

Depending on the tools we have active at any given time, this site may also use:

• Google Analytics and Google Ads. To understand site traffic and measure ad performance, similar to the Meta pixel above.
• Visitor identification services. Tools that can identify some visitors — by name and email — who browse this site without filling out a form, using information such as your IP address and browsing activity matched against third-party data. If you'd rather not be identified this way, the most reliable option is to block third-party cookies and tracking scripts in your browser's privacy settings.
