How it works
1. Apply
Fill out the short form and tell us about yourself and your content. We review applications every week and accept a limited number of creators.
2. Trial: 4 classes on us
Once you're in, you get 4 classes to experience the workout, because you can't share what you haven't felt. Within your first 14 days, post about your experience on Instagram or TikTok (add us as a collaborator on Instagram) and share 2 stories sending your followers to book an intro class with us.
3. Send people our way
Share your experience in your posts, stories and bio, and point your followers to pbaledosfw.com/intro. They book our intro offer (currently 3 classes for $39), then let us know they came through you by telling us your name. When they show up to class, that's an intro. When they join as a member, that's a member sign-up. We track it on our end, so you don't have to chase anything.
4. Earn every month
Your earnings for each month are paid by the 5th of the next month. The more people you bring, the more you earn, in class credits, cash or both.
How you earn
- Every intro that shows up1 class credit for each new client who books an intro, tells us you sent them, and actually shows up. Booking alone doesn't count.
- Every new member who joins
- Unlimited membership: $50 cash or 2 class credits ($60 value)
- 4- or 8-class membership: $25 cash or 1 class credit ($30 value)
You choose cash or credits once, when you join. Most creators take credits: each class is worth $30, so credits stretch further.

These are examples, not guarantees. Each intro that shows up earns 1 class credit. Members earn cash or credits, whichever you chose when you joined. Monthly bonuses are always paid in cash, and only the highest bonus you reach in a month applies. Class credits are valued at $30 each. Your results depend on who books, shows up and joins.
Who we're looking for
- Based in Fort Worth, Aledo, Parker County or nearby, with a mostly local audience
- Active on TikTok and/or Instagram (1,000+ followers) with real engagement
- Into fitness, wellness or local lifestyle content
- Genuine energy on camera, since you're representing our brand on your feed
The fine print, plainly
- Tracking: when someone books their intro, they need to let us know you sent them by telling us your name. We can't credit anyone who doesn't tell us, so remind your followers.
- Who counts: only first-time clients who live locally. Intro offers are for new, local clients only.
- Payouts: calculated monthly and paid by the 5th of the following month.
- 30-day trial: complete your content (the post and 2 stories) and bring 3 or more intro classes or 1 member, or the trial ends.
- Staying active: post every week, keep the intro link and a reminder to mention your name in your bio, and bring at least 1 member every 60 days. Add us as a collaborator on your Instagram posts so they appear on both feeds.
- Pauses and exits: if you go quiet for 30 days, you're paused. If results stop for 90 days, you're out.
- Term: 90 days to start, then it renews as long as you're performing. Either side can end it with 14 days' notice.
- Exclusivity: while you're in the program, you don't promote competing barre, Pilates or fitness studios.
