Pure Barre Fundraisers make it simple for schools, teams, PTAs, and nonprofits to raise money doing something people actually want to show up for. No bake sales. No product catalogs. Just one great workout.
How it works
1. Start the conversation
Fill out our short form and we'll help you plan your event.
2. Pick your date, time, and location
Host it in our studio (up to 18 spots) or bring us to you for a bigger group, up to 55. A gym, cafeteria, or outdoor space works great and lets you sell more tickets.
3. We handle the logistics
We set up a custom ticket link for your event so people can buy their spot in seconds. We bring the instructor and the music. You bring mats, water, and your group's energy.
4. Sell tickets, raise money
Every ticket is $30. You keep $20. The other $10 covers our overhead for the class, not our profit: staffing, your instructor, and credit card processing.
5. Bonus: memberships mean bonus checks
Anyone who joins Pure Barre after the event earns your organization $50 for an Unlimited membership or $25 for other membership tiers.
6. Hit 30 tickets, unlock a raffle prize
Sell 30+ tickets and we'll donate a free month of Pure Barre for you to raffle off to your attendees.

Membership bonus varies by tier ($50 Unlimited / $25 other). Figures above assume a realistic mix of sign-ups per turnout level. Actual results depend on group size, ticket price, and interest.
Why we do this
We're not trying to make money on ticket sales. The $10 we keep from every $30 ticket goes straight to covering the event's overhead: staffing, your instructor, and credit card processing. It's a cost we cover, not a profit we take. Where fundraisers actually work for us is memberships, when someone loves the class enough to keep coming back. That's usually a good sign for you too: the same class that raised money for your organization often turns into a standing thing your group does together every week.
Group size & space
We host 10 to 55 people per fundraiser. Our studio fits up to 18; for anything bigger, we come to you, a gym, cafeteria, or outdoor space works great (weather permitting).
